What happens if I exceed my response limit?

Don’t worry! We’ll notify you when you’re approaching your limit. You can easily upgrade to the next tier at any time, or contact us for a custom solution. Your thank you pages will continue working – you just won’t collect additional survey responses until you upgrade.

Can I change plans anytime?

Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever your business needs change. Changes take effect immediately, and billing adjustments are prorated. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
